General description | 玉米素是一种常见的天然植物细胞分裂素,存在于植物发育或分生组织和器官中,如根、梢尖、未成熟器官等,结构上有顺、反两种异构体,反式异构体具有很强的生物活性,顺式异构体活性比较弱。玉米素具有促进植物细胞分裂,阻止叶绿素和蛋白质降解,减慢呼吸作用,保持细胞活力,延缓植株衰老的作用。高浓度的玉米素还能产生不定芽分化。 |
Application | 用作细胞生长调节剂,玉米素不仅具有促进侧芽生长,刺激细胞分化(侧端优势),促进愈伤组织萌生和种子发芽,还能防止叶片衰老,逆转芽部受到的毒素伤害和抑制过度根部形成。玉米素可以与MS培养基等培养基一起使用。 |
