使用说明：
1．抗荧光淬灭封片液的配制：
　 取出抗荧光淬灭试剂溶剂后置于30-40℃水浴中温育片刻，随后将抗荧光淬灭试剂一次性全部加入到抗荧
　 光淬灭试剂溶剂中，充分溶解并混匀后使用。每次用完后需-20℃避光保存。配制后-20℃避光保存，至
　 少可以使用3个月。
2. 贴壁细胞样品：
A. 染色完毕后，吸尽液体。
B. 滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液于载玻片上，盖上贴有细胞的盖玻片，让细胞接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。
C. 随后即可在荧光显微镜下观察细胞样品。
3. 组织切片：
A. 染色完毕后，吸尽液体。
B. 滴一滴抗荧光淬灭封片液于组织切片上，盖上盖玻片，让切片接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。
C. 随后即可在荧光显微镜下观察组织切片。
4. 其它样品：
   其它样品参考细胞样品或组织切片进行操作。
